Persons who live, worship, work, or attend school, and businesses and other legal entities encompassing the following Cities: Alamo, Blackhawk, Clayton, Concord, Danville, Lafayette, Martinez, Moraga, Mountain View, Orinda, Pacheco, Pleasant Hill, San Ramon and Walnut Creek in Contra Costa County, California.
To define the phrase "Immediate Family Member or Household":(a) "Immediate family member is defined as a spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent or grandchild even if not living in the same residence." This would include stepparents, stepchildren, step siblings and adoptive relationship.(b) "Household is defined as persons living in the same residence and who maintain a single economic unit, including family members and domestic partners. This excludes other relations of household members.
